My problem seems the same, my tv was all good till one day i turned it on and everything was tinted yellow. after about a half hour when it warmed up all the colors returned. but its been a few weeks and its been taking longer for the colors to come back. im pretty sure on a RBG scale the blue is not working. all my blues become black as if there was no color at all. any ideas

i have same problem.. a yellowish tent appearing on my tv.. when i switched it off before it was good.. but when i started it one day.. it was yellow.. wat to do?
No idea what happened but about an hour after posting this the TV started to function properly - now I can switch everything that was previously lokced up. So I'm all good - hopefully it doesn't do it again.
This seems like a convergence issue and will need to be serviced.
There might be a chance of repairing the old convergence board but you will need to have the Tv looked at to determine what part on the convergence went bad.
Make sure, if your using component cables ,that they match up color for color and are plugged in.If it looks good try adjusting your colors on the TV.You can also try unplugging the TV for 5 min. and then plug it back in.This might be a TV issue.
This tv has a 3 board video path. Analog main pcb --->Digital main pcb --->DMD pcb. see which inputs have the problem to narrow it down. if only some inputs, suspect analog board. if everything flickers(all inputs and menu), suspect the dmd or engine. you can see the lamp shine out the back. if the lamp is flickering, suspect lamp or ballast.
Good day.
Your unit is still worth. It may be a caused of loose contacts along the circuitry. It can be remedied by resoldering the terminals particularly the chroma section and the crt circuit.
Have you move the tv or is there a speaker that you might have move close by the tv?
turn the tv off for an hour and turn it back on see if the degaussing can correct ir other wise it may have a bad connect on the degaussing or you have some kind of magnetic device close by.,
