SOURCE: how do i restore to factory settings?

I have researched Toshiba website. They do not list replacement system DVD/CD there. Did find a listing on Ebay but the item was sold. Checked the manual and there is no information on restoration within it. The result is that I do not see any easy answer for you. You could contact tech support @ Toshiba, generally pay for the call and requrest from them the restoration software. Or you could buy XP CD install the CD and acquire from online the drivers for the computer. Regret that the choices are not better.

SOURCE: I can't put my nokia 6300 into restore factory settings mode..

The defaulkt security code for Nokia is 12345. You can reset the security code using : *#7328748263373738#. It works on most nokia phones. Worth giving a try.

And if the phone says simcard rejected, then the most common problem is that the phone probably might have been locked. You can get it unlocked for 5 quids in your local market.

I can't seem to be able to switch Demo mode of and that, i think is the source of why everytime i turn off my car, all the the settings i've changed come back to what they were. That includes switching off...

Check your Wiring, as it sounds like your Constant +12 volt wire is connected to the Switched +12 volt wire. This would cause all settings to return to factory, just like when you lose power due to a bad battery or battery disconnect. Since you switched off Demo mode, and it comes back, this has to be a wiring problem, or a defective unit, but more than likely a wiring problem. On most pioneer units, the Yellow wire is the Constant 12 Volt (battery) and the Red wire is the Accessory 12 volt (switched).

I bought a Sony dash and it is stuck in demo mode. Is there a place where I can down firmware onto a flash drive.

The Sony Dash display comes preinstalled with a demo mode that will continue to play untill it is deactivated. It is different than a usual Dash. To disengage the demo mode please perform the following actions: 1) Unplug AC cable from back of Dash but leave plugged in wall 2) Press and hold top menu button and plug cable back into Dash (continuing to hold menu button) 3) You will shortly see a screen for Special Options and will be asked to continue to hold Menu button for 3 seconds. Do so than release 4) Wait about 90 seconds and a "special options" menu will appear 5) Select the last option "Restore Factory Settings" 6) Agree to message saying settings will be lost and wait about another 90 seconds for it to restart 7) Allow the short demo video to play and you will be dropped into new menu regarding the tour 8) Select the last option, "never play tour again" These steps should return the Display Dash into a normal unit and save the customer some aggrivation.

I cant setup my sanyo still on factory mode

Factory mode? sounds wrong!
you might be stuck on "demo" mode! that's not a "factory"! someone pushed "demo" on remote control or at the set. there are few things to get this out: 1. locate "demo" button on remote control, 2. look for the same at the tv's touch pads. 3. have to push combination of buttons on remote or the set, Reffer to owners manual.
good luck.
