here is a link for Kubota that may help you. It uses the engine serial # to tell you when the engine was built. It doesn't tell you when the engine was installed, though, but it should be very close to the same. http://www.kubotaengine.com/products/engines/engine-serial-number-identification>
The Kubota L175 series tractors were manufactured between 1973 and 1976; one option is to call any Kubota dealer and give them the serial number. Option #2: https://www.kubota.com/default.aspx
Option #3: check the I.D. plates around the engine, frame, or axle- sometimes they give the manufacturing stamp which includes the date.
