SOURCE: Hilti TE-60 hammer drill

what I would do if you have a fax machine is call 1-800-879-8000 and request a schematic on this tool first. Some of their products are not that easy to disassemble. I never have worked on the TE-60 but have on some of their other products and they are all different. Hope this helps

I have a Hilti TE-10 which is stuck in reverse and stuck in hammering. What do I need to fix?

Follow the TE-10 restoration video. Clean, lubricate, grease, and replace any parts that are physically worn. Replace all o-rings that you find.

What hilti hammer drills use TE-C bits? I want to buy one

TE2, TE4, TE6, TE7, TE30, TE40. The 30 and 40 are only corded, (not cordless).

TE-C bits come TE-C (standard head) and TE-C3X which is a high performance bit. SDS is the industry term for this connection.

My hilti te-75 drills but is not hammering or will not go into chisel mode whay coud be the problem with it

Have seen this problem with some 'none' HILTI bits which do not fit correctly into the SDS chuck.
Tends to be with larger drill bits which have a wider shank than the SDS connector, the wider shank hits the end of the drill nose which stops the end of the drill bit contacting with the internal hammer.
Solution is to purchase original bits from Hilti. If you have OEM bits and chisel it will be another problem. Hope this helps.

Hilti te 10 - how do I change the bit ? and lock it good...

The end of the drill is 2 parts hold the bottom part(closes to the drill) and turn the top part (the end the bits in) and turn it a 1/4 turn counter clockwise that opens the chuck then pull the bit out to replace do the opposite. Don't let the end at the drill spin or it will come off the drill completely if that happens simply line it back up and tap it hard to get it back on

Te70 hilti hammer drill

The TE-70 is permantly lubricated. You would only add lubricant if you took the tool apart. You can add a small amount of grease to the end of your bit occasionally before putting in the chuck. This keeps the chuck parts lubed.

Will the bits from the te-c3x fit my te-17

Yes. New bits will fit old Hilti drills. Old Hilti bits do not fit the new (last 15 years) Hilti drills.

I need wiring schematics for hilti te 905 avr

Wiring schematics can be found by Hilti 1-800 number but they probally will not help you. The 905 is programed to shut down for service every 40 hours plus 10 warning. Then in my case I am stuck with a 200 dollar bill to send the tool from Winnipeg to Montreal for reprograming. Its a joke in my situation and its on me from Hilti, what a good name but what a scam.
