It may have done a Firmware Update?

Error 42: Incompatible Secondary Module When adding or removing any device that is part of the Q-Logic system (hand controller, enhanced display, AAM etc) OR when ECON-W does a firmware update you may get this error when turning on the powerchair.

These power chairs normally have some form of error reporting, either numbers, or a flash code on the moving bar. Check your connections to the controller.

Very limited help in the link. Most of these chairs have a breaker switch. Flip the breaker off for 5 minutes and then back on. This should reset the control panel. The long way to do it is to remove the negative battery cable.
