if you have installed active sysnc then the device should connect. If it doesnt i would check in my computer to see if it is showing as connecte. Also when you connect the usb lead to the phone it should pop up a selection on the phone to how you want to connect make sure you choose active sync. the screen only appears for a few seconds then it will connect with the last selected option
Hello depending on your provider and plan you will have to go to your provider site and download the software. for instance verizone uses VZ Access Manager Check your plan and make sure you have tehered service in your plan and download the software. Install it and you should be set.
If you take lower resolution photos on the Diamond, especially photos for contacts, they aren't as big as the other photos, so you must zoom in for them to fill the whole screen. For that, simply do a half circle clockwise motion on the picture itself.
Also, if you took larger photos with the camera on it's side, you must turn it to it's side again so the picture goes back to landscape mode.
