What parts do I have to buy to fix the machine and are those parts called dampers
Are youbtalking about the springs on the top of the four poles that surround the drum those springs
And if possible do you known where i can get those parts and how much plus minus they cost

I usually stand in front of the washer and take the plams of my hands and forcefully provide a force with the heel of my hands on the side front corners and the lip comes up
Another option is to pull the washer out and remove 2 clips (usually requires quarter inch nut driver to allow the top to come up
This should allow you to get the top off to see if a spring has broken or slipped off

First plug off the wall. Open the machine from behind to examine if any shock-absorbers(known as dampers) or springs have come off or broken. Your dealer could help with spares. But you could do the job yourself.

there is a three post bracket bolted to the back of the inside drum. on ours two of the three spokes are broken. looks like you have to buy whole new drum assembly. around 300 bucks
