Doing a DuckDuckgo.com search on, "Blackweb Sound bar bwa18sb001 remote code?" found: http://www.myblackwebremote.com/ - Use the section under, "To find your code, enter your device information:" and see if your sound bar is listed in this tool. WOW, interesting, I went through all options and no place does the Blackweb remote tool find ANY Blackweb sound Bars!? That's really bad! I guess it figures since Blackweb is a Wal-Mart brand?

Your remote is listed there & you can then ask them why their tool doesn't even list Blackweb soundbars & what code should be used so your BlackWeb remote can control your BlackWeb SoundBar.

I strongly suggest that you contact the seller of the speakers as they seam to be faulty.

First thing to check is your charger. Those go bad all the time. Find another one and try that first. If that is not it then you have some bad batteries. If this is new within a year they should be replaced free. If they are older then you are on your own.
SOURCE: Just added a Blackweb speaker, model BWA15HO110, 3.5mm aux input and no sound.
Check the connections and if nothing is wrong return it.

You don't program the TV to the remote, you program the remote to the TV
Find the Vizio codes on the paperwork that comes with the remote. There will probably be several codes. You need to try each one. Before programming turn the TV on manually. After put in each code try turning the TV off with the remote. Then try to turn back on and try volume up If OK everything else should work. Occasionally 2 different codes will turn off the TV in the test above. Use the one that allows the most functions to work
FINALLY not every "Blackweb" remote will control every TV You may need to get another one that specifically says it can control Vizio.
