I don't know. for now, use liquid sparingly by poring it on to a thick wash cloth and throwing it in with your wash.

SOURCE: where ecxactly do you put washing powder and stasoft

Washing powder should go in the right hand side compartment, if it is not going down, then check that water is coming into washer.
Conditioner should go in the smallest of the compartments.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

SOURCE: where do i put washing powder in hotpoint aquarius

with experience, put powder in the first, softner in the middle second, pre wash in the third, but with that model i find its always best to use a liquid or gel direct into the machine, it makes the life of the machine last longer, also stops any build up residue

SOURCE: with a whirlpool front loader, the tray you put

If the model number you have this question listed under is correct, the Duet dispenser tray is arranged as follows:

1. The LEFT compartment is for detergent. There is a separator guide that needs to stay in place. Place it in the forward most position if using liquid detergent and the aftermost position if using powder.

2. The RIGHT FRONT compartment is where you put liquid fabric softener.

3. The RIGHT REAR compartment is where you add liquid bleach.

An illustration with full explanation is available on Page 12 of the Whirlpool Duet owner's manual. If you no longer have a manual, you can go to managemylife.com and download or print a copy for FREE.

If you have any further questions, or if your model number is different, please post back and let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Fabric Softener Does Not Drain

compartment 1: Detergent for pre-wash
(powder)

Before pouring in the detergent, make sure that extra compartment 4 has been removed.

compartment 2: Detergent for the wash cycle
(powder or liquid)

Liquid detergent should only be poured in immediately prior to the wash cycle start.

compartment 3: Additives (fabric softeners, etc.)
The fabric softener should not overflow from the grid.

extra compartment 4: Bleach
! Do not use Hand Wash Detergent because it may form too much foam.

Cleaning the detergent dispenser
Remove the dispenser by raising it and pulling it out (see figure).
Wash it under running water; this operation should be repeated
frequently.

In which of the 3 compartments should I put a liquid soap?

The small centre rack is used for whitening agent! The extreme right for the pre wash.

For delicates you have to use the same rack and finish the load. See to it there are no remains of powder, if your load is delicate material.

Do I put powder detergent in the same place I put Liquid detergent?

Detergent compartment
Add liquid or powdered detergent to this compartment for your
wash cycle. The detergent separator must always be in place,
either in the front or back position.
Do not fill beyond the “MAX” level.
Liquid or powdered color-safe bleach may be added to the
Main Wash compartment along with the same type of
detergent, liquid or powdered.
Liquid detergent: Put the SEPARATOR in the front position,
between the guides, as shown as shown by Position 1 below.
There will be no gap between the bottom of the wash cycle detergent
compartment and the bottom of the separator.

Powdered detergent:
Put the SEPARATOR in the back
position, behind the guides as shown by Position 1 below. There will be
a gap between the bottom of the wash cycle detergent
compartment and the bottom of the separator.

NOTE: The separator will be in the POWDER (back) position
when shipped from the factory.

Which compartment is for the laundary soap

According to my information the dispenser drawer has four separate compartments for adding laundry products to the wash load. These compartments are:
1. Prewash Detergent Compartment
2. Main Wash Detergent Compartment
3. Bleach Compartment
4. Fabric Softener Compartment

Laundry products are diluted and dispensed automatically
at the proper time during the wash cycle. The separator in the Prewash and Main Wash Detergent Compartment can be moved to accommodate either liquid or powdered detergents.
