The video processor inside your card is failing . All you can do is to check if it's from overheating - if it is then you will need to clean it or it needs a new fan.

You can't, 9550 is a very old card that, when it was new, was a low power one, for multimedia use, not gaming. You will need to lower the resolution drastically if you want to play that game in high settings.

After downloading the drivers, just run the setup program, and you will have installed the drivers (note it requires .net framework and a reboot after installation is complete)

You can put any graphics card in any machine you just need to install the proper driver
Use to be a jumper on the mother that disabled the onboard video but today I think the soft hardware saves use the trouble.
You can run 2 monitors at one time using the 2 video graphics... card and the one on board just set you display properties

Usually that happen once the resolution of your monitor cannot meet the desire need, it depends the kind of monitor that you have even if you change different kind of video card, its still happend.
Try to change the resolution to lower one.
Here's the step
1. right click on the desktop ( a place where there is not icon on your screen)
2. choose properties
3. then settings
4. adjust the screen resolution to lower settings some on the color setting
5. then ok.

You need to switch it to 32-bit, not 16 bit. DX9 drivers shouldn't be an issue, but if all else fails re-installing you video card drivers might help.

Download the Catalyst Software Suite Driver & CCC. You will find a ton of control within the Catalyst Control Center.
Remove any ATI software before installing the newer combo.
