If you go the the following site, you should be able to find the user instructions for your model wsher dryer.

In the search box enter >>>

SERVICE.CANDY-DOMESTIC.CO.UK/MANUALS.

Then click on>>Laundry
Then click on>>Washer dryers
Enter the model number, and get the instructions.

Terrible vibration on washer
Remove the shipping bolts from the back of the washer. Please see the instruction manual for more information, but there is severe vibration if you don't remove them. It seems a lot of people overlook this step.
