The hose that goes to the ice maker comes from a solonoid operated valve located at the bottom of the refrigerator (under the cardboard cover usually .. there are two valves .. one is for the water and the second is for the ice maker .. the ice maker valve is likely stuck or clogged (or might have an open coil) .. you can hear the water one click when you operate the water dispenser .. that makes it easy to locate ..you can also hear the ice maker one click when there is a demand for water by the ice maker (but that doesnt happen very often).... sometimes the valves are ganged together (one unit) so both have to be replace at the same time ... sometimes you can disassemble the valve and clean it if you are really handy but replacement is usually easier and you dont risk leaks so much .. on the hose that goes to the ice maker, once its disconnected from the valve you should be able to blow air thru it if its not frozen or clogged inside the freezer .. ..
