Just buy metal ones that can be purchased anyewhere. I just read that in the manual.

It is very simple to convert a crib to a toddlers bed. You just need to remove the side railings by folding them under the bed. It would be automatically converted to a bed that a toddler can use

we are having the same problem. My husband found this number online that another user said she used. I guess it took her months to find it because with the company being out of business the 800 number that came with the crib isn't working. I've yet to call he just called me with it. the company is out of canada and is said to have the rails or able to get the rails. Its Else Graco, you need your model number and color. 1800-667-8184.

The two shorter sides. The longer sides attach to the full size bed rails that did not come with the crib. You have to order them. There should be a number to call or simplicity website to get these. Although I heard they were out of business, but they are still selling the cribs, so I would try the website or number. Hope this helps!

i have the same problem but i searched long and hard and found this wesite where you can purchase the conversion rails.
