need a diagnosis tool, reset codes from it--autozone can do this for free. sometimes the code will go away after X miles of driving. This is a OBDIII issue, again a Tech II or scan tool can erase the code.

How do I reset the ECU on a 2004 Nissan frontier?

Hello. Simply disconnect the vehicle's battery for, at least, 5 minutes. Reconnect battery, start engine and let it run 5 - 10 minutes. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

I have a 85 chevy winniebago itasca A body my breakers keep tripping but i check everything and there not tripped i replaced what i hoped it was and im puzzled

Then most likely GenSet breaker trip is due to a ground fault. Isolate the fault as follows.

Open all breakers in the Winnie. Start generator without the power cable from the Winnie connected. Connect power cable from Winnie and wait a few seconds. If no trip, turn on main (disconnect) breaker in Winnie. Wait a few seconds, if no trip then proceed to turn on each circuit one at a time.

Comment here with results.

Reset 2007 6.0 Lumina service kilometer display

please follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
  • 1 Open the hood of the Lumina.
  • 2 Locate the negative battery terminal on the battery. This has a black wire and is identified by a negative "-" stamped on the battery housing.
  • 3 Disconnect the negative battery terminal using a box-end wrench and isolate it so it does not come back into contact with the negative battery post.
  • 4 Leave the negative battery terminal disconnected for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 5 Reconnect the negative battery terminal and recheck the service-engine-soon light by starting the car.

Readout says "HOT". fan stays on. Unit is not hot. Disconnected fan to save battery days later reconnected and still same. Is there a bad sending unit or T-Stat?

On a 2004 Sportsman 400 there is a sensor on the left side of the engine head, just under the thermostat housing. If that sensor is bad or disconnected the hot lamp will come on which causes the fan to constantly run. Good luck and if you need any more assistance let me know, Daniel.

My norcold N841 will not cool on AC or Gas it has power and the gas will fire up

Most of the time if the unit has lost a/c gas and 12 volts which puts the unit into a defrost mode so there is a simple reset that can be preformed by unplugging the a/c cord from the back of the fridge and the 12 power going into the control box. leave them disconnected for about 15 mins and then reconnect them in the reverse order and check the inside frezzer at the back and fins on the rightside of the inside of the fridge to see if the unit gets cold
