'reset'. It is a dishwasher, not a computer or cellphone. It has an electro-mechanical timer.

Try this Press the bottom left button thru the alarm sets, till you get to a -5 (ET) / -6 (CT) / -7 (MT) / -8 (PT). Then, press the upper left MODE button once. Now the -5 will flash, allowing a change. If you just went EAST you need to press the bottom right button once [ex: MT to CT - go from -7 to -6] If you went WEST, press the top right button once [ex: ETt0CT-gofrom-5to-6]
