The stem and washers inside the faucet need to be replaced.
If you Do it yourself the parts typically will cost you less than 20 bucks.
Most plumbers will charge 75 to 100 for this relatively simple Job.
You can order parts directly from the manufacturer, or from a local plumbing supply house.
The faucet may still be under warranty and the parts would be free. Here is ther number for Price pfister. 1-800-PFAUCET (1-800-732-8238)

Hey,
We have the same problem. Just called Price Pfister with the same question, and she offered to courier replacement parts free of charge. She was much too accomodating. My suspicion is that she gets this question quite regularly. Love to know if anyone has solved this problem as we like the look of the faucet.
The cartrididge seals have gone bad for what ever reason and the repair is simple enought but I woul take the replacement unless they want to pay for the plumber to come and fix it.
Very nice kitchen faucet. I like Price Pfister's products. To repair it you will need a phillips screwdriver to remove the handles and crescent wrench to remove the cartridges. If it is dripping then one of the faucet cartridges need to be replaced. Its best to replace both cartridges as inevitably the other one will start to leak after you've replaced the troublesome one. Your local hardware store or plumbing supply store should have a replacement cartridge for this model. Remove one of the cartridges and take it with you to ensure you get the correct part. There is an exploded diagram of your faucet on the Price Pfister site at that shows the part number for the cartridge. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.http://www.pricepfister.com/www/ImageAssets/mirror/model/kitchen/savannah/savf8h6-85/ex-036-01.pdf
By replacing the ceramic cartidge inside, however to replace it requires dismantling the tap (Mains off of course) and matching a new unit. Usually cheaper to buy a new tap.
