Kenmore Model: JSI-23, two door (water/ice)

Periodically there is water at the under front, bottom of fridge. Not sure why this is happening at random. I've heard something to the effect that it could be a vent hole that's clogged?

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Water accumulating inside fridge bottom make GE Model #gta18pbnaww

That's normal especially if you tend to leave the door open alot. Moisture from the outside air condenses and drips to the bottom. Also, if the refrigerator is automatic self-defrosting it will melt ice collecting around the refrigerator and the resulting water will collect at the bottom. Check under the food drawers for a drain hole. If it is clogged, clean it out. If it doesn't exist, periodically sponge out the bottom under the drawers.

Fridge leaking intermittently from the bottom

Sounds like your gasket may be going out. Consider replacing the gasket on the doors. Look for signs like small lines of frozen water that lead to the door or unexplainable excess ice in the bottom of the freezer.
I would also check for excess water in the condensation catcher tray, which may very well be located in the same spot under the ice maker. Depending on where you live (southeast, coastal, etc...) can have a strong contributing factor of having excess condensation, which will cause the tray to overflow.

Kenmore side by side water leaking from freezer

You can buy a kit from whirlpool. In the kit is a metal tab that mounts onto the defrost heater. It is long enough to go into the hole. When the heater comes on for defrost the heat transfers down to the hole and keeps it from getting plugged up with ice. Part number 819043

Water lks bottom of fridge ,also ice tastes horrible

u shd spl ot ur wds fly. Do you mean the water leaks at the bottom of the fridge? If so, you may have a clogged drain hose. Pull out fridge, disconnect power, check & see where drain comes out of fridge, go to front and pour hot water down drain to see if it is frozen. It may be clogged (pea or food). If the drain doesn't work, the fridge will leak. Check the gasket on the fridge door for sealing and make sure it is in good shape.

Refrigerator does not cool

If the refrigerator cooling is poor, it may be a problem with the thermostat, the compressor, or the evaporator fan. If ice is accumulating at the back of the fridge, that can also be a reason for poor cooling.

See aso the links below for a more detailed explanation:
