Offline mode only appears if the mobile phone is not getting the signal from its service provider. *make sure that the sim is properly connected*reseat the sim card from the mobile phone*check account status for signal and connection availability*power cycle mobile phone 1. turn off mobile phone2. remove phone battery3. remove memory card4. remove sim card5. wait for 2 minutes before plugging back anything6. after 2 minutes, plug back battery7. insert memory card properly8. insert sim card properly s well, make sure that the sim is not dirty as well9. turn on mobile phone10. check the signal bar, it should be with signal this time and not offline *after power cycling, phone should be working properly now unless the sim card is really faulty. you check if its faulty by calling your mobile service provider*
HI there format the memory card from the computer & after that insert it in mobile. If your memory card infected by virus then then phone will hang. So before insert format the card from a virusless PC. Thanks.
your card may be crupt or virus infected please format card and turn phone to factory settings then try the card againif not work you have to buy new card.
i have aslo the same problem but i have solve it know take out ur memory card from the mobile and clean it properly and in place the memory card is inserted clean that area also . ur problem will solve enjoy guys.
It may be the problem of ur memory card. just remove the memory card n do ur usual work on mobile for atleast 1 hour.
If still the problems are comin u'll have to format ur card n fone..for this just type *#7370# n restore it..the default security code will be:12345
If no problems are comin the problem is wit mem card only.For this just remove the card n then format it using Your computer/take properties n then tools there click on check for errors.There you select both check boxex..n then scan it..
If this also is not workin you should try ur fone using any other mem card.If no problms are found whn usin another mem card u 'll have to replace ur memory card.
NIf none of this is workin u'll have to consult this with some good mobile technition.
