You need the outer tub seal as a minimum for the water leak. The grease is a different mater, it could come for several places by the most likely in the transmission, not the bearings.

sounds like you blew the tranny,is the washer pinning correctly,if it is it won't be after long,any oil or grease is coming from the tranny
