Most generally the waveguide cover just snaps into holes or slots and uses no screws. Some ovens use plastic rivets to hold the cover in place.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the screws you need to remove.

The original part was # 32554383, but parts for Toshiba microwaves generally became unavailable many years ago.

There are nylon push-in fasteners that snap into place. If there is a shop that works on microwaves, they will generally have them. Over time these fasteners get brittle and crumble away. Another option is to use nylon screws, if you can find some the right size. I don't recommend metal screws as they may arc in the cooking cavity. Using the microwave without the cover will result in spattered food getting into areas that can't be cleaned.
