I want my house to be built only from environmentally friendly materials. Should I buy wooden windows for this?
Yes .Wooden items are env.friendly
It is cording to your personal definition of “environmentally friendly“. Since wooden windows are the least energy efficient, I personally do not consider them environmentally friendly. I would go with a welded-seam vinyl window with double pane low-E glass, with a U-factor of 0.29 or lower. These are highly efficient, while still being cost effective.
Wooden windows are a far superior product as the insulating factor is much higher than PVC and is more environmentally friendly, the only down falls are cost and upkeep. Make sure you check on manufacturers as you want good quality ones.

Cork flooring is one of the most renewable sources for
flooring there is. The cork oak is harvested by hand; the bark of the cork oak
grows back leaving the cork oak as healthy as ever.
