Most of refrigerators have a condensing fan located at the back of the fridge in the bottom behind the cardboard cover Only the old style refrigerators don't have it those are the ones that have a big condenser that covers the whole back of the fridge and it looks like a radiator.

How do I install the candenser fan motor

Usually there are a couple of bolts at the top/side of the fans, bolted to the radiator. On the bottom could be clips, bolts, push plugs, or just slots it slides into. Some motors , you can replace, others you have to by the whole unit. Sometimes you have to remove the upper radiator hose to get them out. They are all difficult to remove, but they come out. Year make and model helps.

How do you get to the drain pan?

the pan is still at the bottom next to or below the compressor. access is from the back of the frig. but you might find it to be dry due to evaporation.[heat from the compressor] if you have water on the floor and have an ice maker, than that is your problem. a water line leak [possibly]!!!!!!

Kenmore elite refrigerator

It sounds like the fan is not circulating the air from the freezer to the fridge. Since it's new then you should contact the store where you purchased it for exchange or repair immediately.
