How i fix my riding lawnmower that will not go fore or backward and what parts will i need? The belts are very loose

I need your model # took look it up , I am a Murray dealer.
The thing to rember there are two kinds of idler pulleys flat idlers that ride on the back side of belts and v pulleys that ride inside the belt . wont be back to the shop until the feb 10.
