I have installed the delta B112915C. The issue is getting the handle to stay on. The extension piece keeps falling off the valve cartridge. How do I keep them together??

The handle attaches to the extension piece with a set screw but there is nothing to connect this piece with the actual valve cartridge.

You need to install the screw that came with item, it goes under the handle thru the extension and into cartridge. Refer to instructions.page 3.

SOURCE: HP Officejet 7410 All-In-One Printer

This has nothing to do with the cartridge you used. Its a pure and simple design fault from HP that has exsisted since the 7210, 7310 and now the 7410. I am working with the European consumer commission and the UFC in France to get a resolution for European customers. US customers can get a replacement it seems by mentioning this thread ...

If anyone else is living in Europe please contact me. Its not fair that US customers have there printer replaced and Europeans must pay to "upgrade" there printer.

SOURCE: oven door handle falls off screw not holding on Kenmore 790.7876

After several unhelpful calls, we called sears parts at 1800-366-7278 and they are sending us a supposedly 'new and improved' door handle & screws (for $44). When we receive it, we'll put up a post if it is actually 'better' or if it's just the same (to save others the same $44 charge). The part comes with a 90 day guarantee. Although I don't feel we should have to pay $44 to solve an obvious manufacturer flaw - we'll just be happy to have an oven that's 'safe' to use again. Fingers crossed.

Brand new delta single handle shower valve won't shut off

If your new Delta single handle shower valve won't shut off, it could be due to an issue with the valve itself or with the installation. Some possible causes include a misaligned handle, debris in the valve body, or a faulty cartridge. It is best to check the installation instructions and ensure that everything is properly seated and aligned. If that does not solve the issue, you may need to contact Delta customer service for further assistance or consider hiring a plumber to diagnose and fix the problem.

Hello. Delta uses a replaceable cartridge inside the faucet. Most commonly they will drip if they are going bad. There is very little you can do to repair the cartridge but replacement is affordable. Usually by removeing the handle and the next trim piece you'll be at the cartridge which should pull out but may be stubborn due to water deposits.Take the part with you when you go shopping, there are many different cartridges.

How do you remove cartridge from 1400 series delta shower valve

Take off the handle and the cover piece. There is a large nut holding the cartridge in. Be careful taking it off so you do not twist the cartridge socket off the rest of the valve.

The valve you push to turn the shower on is leaking water and will not stay pushed in...HELP?

if you are talking about the type that has a button that sticks through the faceplate so that you can turn the shower on, you need to take the faceplate off, after removing the handle. Make sure you turn the water off to the valve or you will get wet. You see a hex head that the button goes through....you can remove the assembly and replace with a new one. The fall apart occasionally. Make sure you get all the pieces out before reassembly.

The shower head is leaking. I disassembled the

You need to pull and replace the cartridge on your shower valve most likely. It varies by Make and Model, but generally, remove the handle, remove any sleeve around the center spine, remove the round trim plate, close the service stops, remove the retaining clip or ring, and pull the cartridge straight out of the valve body by pulling on the spline... or get a cartridge puller. Then take your cartridge to the store and get a new one. Flush the valve body by slightly opening both service stops and then install the new cartridge and reverse the process.
Generally this problem occurs when sediment has torn part of the sealing o ring on the cartridge. If you send me the make/model and/or a picture I will give you the specific instructions

I installed Delta shower faucet 132900 and I could not shut the water. What did I do wrong?

Did you solder the valve in? If so you may have got it to hot. Or debris could have gotten in the valve. Turn the water off, remove the handle and cartridge. Check cartridge for damage or debris
