I don't know. it seems there is no cold water available. it may be the washing machine's cold water solenoid needs replacing or the wire has come off the connector. if you wish, can buy a ' y ' connector and run both through the hot water hose to have warm water only.
there may be a 'twist' in the cold hose. also, make sure the cold water tap is on. most supply hoses have a small screen filter in the hose. sometimes they become blocked.
you can shut off the water taps and unhook both hoses to clean these screens. old hoses may weaken so if replacing, consider flexible metal hoses.

SOURCE: washer does not fill
Firstly, check to see that your water temperature is selected properly. Next, check to confirm water supply to the washer is adequate, both HOT and COLD. If confirmed, try replacing the fill valve.

Most likely you need to replace the lid switch.
Open the lid and make sure the actuator that pushes the switch is still attached to the lid. Use a pen or screwdriver to depress the switch through the hole in the top of the cabinet, you should hear a click as the switch closes. I usually find that the switch has actually broken off from the cabinet and is hanging loose in the machine.
To replace the switch
Remove the screws that hold the console to the cabinet. Flip the console up and back like opening a car hood. unplug the wire connector for the lid switch. Pop out the two clips that hold the cabinet to the rear panel of the washer. The cabinet will tilt forward and slide off the machine base. You can now replace the switch from inside the cabinet.
If you need further help, please post the complete model number from the washer so I can see exactly how your washer is set up.

SOURCE: Kenmore 80 series won't spin
If it agitates and drains. leaving your clothes clean but soaking wet. It is most likely the transmission/gearbox. the motor is working otherwise it would not agitate. it is stuck in agitate mode and cannot "shift" into spin mode. new transmission will cost 140-170 and takes 2 or so hours to replace depending on skill level. total repair cost parts+labor $300ish you may want to ante up for a new machine at this point. if you cant to the labor yourself.
part# should be this: tho double check using your own model#
