Ive tried to reset using the online trick with tunring the knob clockwise and anti-clockwise but it hasn't worked.
Check there is plenty of water going into the machine if not probably a faulty water solenoid

Try check the fuses. If they are ok, then try checking the switch panel, it might have accumulated some water or liquid that you used which later caused some short circuit or corroded the terminals, Meaning there is no complete circuit for the mirrors.

Pull up the carpet and see if the rubber plug in the bottom of the floor pan is in their or in their tightly (should not be loose) unless it is coming up higher from the firewall

It sounds like yourdrain hole for your ac evaporator is clogged and needs to be unclogged. This can be done by taking it to a shop and have them blow out the drain hole with a air gun. They may not even charge you if so it should not be much.
