Sorry to inform u but u can not do customize logos with a TE-2000 if u had a TE-2200 then u could do customized logos. The Te-2000 has preset logos that u can select from like season greets etc. The settings should be in general features in the manual. I don't have information on this model, but it sounds like it is one of the very low end registers. These machines can not have the printing turned off. They were designed to be journal printers or continuous receipt printers. You need to buy a machine with receipt memory to get this function. (PCR-T series and above)

1. Press (AC)
2. Hold (Rate) for about 2-3 second
3. Press (Set / TAX+)
4. Input the tax rate
5. Press (Set / TAX+)
6. Hold (Rate) for about 2-3 second again
7. Press (Set / TAX+) again
And Then you can test the rate .
