Please perform a factory reset on the your samsung tv and double check that all of the accessories have been removed. You'll also want to make sure that your remote isn't causing the issue by stashing it in a drawer pointing away from the tv.

after making sure the phone is off and fully charged try holding the power and the volume up buttons at the same time this should bring the phone into a reset mode if it does arrow down to the factory reset line item and and pres the power button to accept
follow the additional steps note this will erase the phone but will likely fix the boot loop

after that you can restore as long as you had android backup running after you configure your gmail address

Bad battery will cause boot looping.

If you have a google account on the phone try going to www.google.com/android/devicemanager
into your Google account on the website and click lock
It should ask you to enter a new password
Fill it all out hit lock and try unlocking your phone with the new password.

Call the carrier. It should be under warranty.

replace the OS with a different bootloader and / or change the OS to Cyanogenmod and your tablet will be totally different

If your dealing with custom roms. You have what we call a bootloop. You have to either do a clean wipe and retry flashing or use a different rom that is compatible.

It looks like you've been trying to flash a custom ROM. Go to Restore Menu (Vol UP + Home + Pwr) choose (in sequence) - wipe out settings - wipe out Dalvik cache - Factory reset. Then reboot.

Your phone is stuck in bootloader mode, it seems that you may need to reinstall your phone OS on your phone.

Go to the HTC site and download your phone's OS files/installer:

Follow the installer's instructions after you've downloaded the needed file.
