There's lot of sellers on E-Bay selling new belts have you tried there? Also Curry's Partmaster website. PS make a note of how it fits before you remove it. There's nothing worse than getting a new belt to fit when your not certain where it goes.
The specs for the RAM on this motherboard are: DDR400/333/266 SD RAM with ECC. Maximum you can use is 4Gb in total (so 1Gb stick in each slot would be fine - just make sure you match them in pairs). Maximum of 4GMaximum of 4GB of DDR400/333/266 SDRAM with ECCB of DDR400/333/266 SDRAM with ECC
the max RAM speed, type, make etc for your machine will be normaly be specified in the motherboard specs....if ur MB supports only 333mhz but if u add 400mhz speed RAM it may not work properly, check the MB mfg for the correct specs of the compatibility.

the CPC and the moemories meets these spec. then you shouldn't have problem.
since you didn't spec the meories. I am assuming that the meories are within specs.
but, from what you say about, I suspect the memories is not up to part. looks like the meories are in PC 2100 range.
