I don't know the answer but I strongly suggest you fully investigate the meaning of the code and how it is triggered as it is somewhat more likely it is an electrical or electronic fault than a mechanical one.

Troubleshooting simply means, investigating a problem to find out the cause and to fix the problem. We can also say; the process of finding and fixing a problem is called troubleshooting.
Example like when your computer has sound problem, we have to find out what is the cause, suppose if it's drivers related problem, after installing or updating the sound drivers will fix the problem so here, installing and updating the sound driver is the Fix.
If you cd/dvd player isn't playing your Cds/Dvds, you have to check the media (cd and dvds), after that, you'll also clean the cd or dvds. And if your cd/dvd problem is caused by the Lens not the others like cds or motor, etc.., then replacing the lens will fix the problem and there'll be no more problem with your cd/dvd player. I'll read and play all cds/dvds after the lens is replaced.

Some users experienced similar problems when SP2 was released, so this could be the problem. If the user sees a stop error code of 0x0000007e, this first issue is likely the reason why the computer does not boot properly.
The second issue will only occur on systems with certain acer motherboards. This error manifests itself with an error code of STOP: 0x000000A5.
