I own alcatel 9026s tablet-After I have deleted an email I find the next time I go into the deleted area the prev deleted emails re appear-This also happens in the trash area-Can you please help me

Open the folder that contains unwanted emails. Click the first email on the list. Press SHIFT key and HOLD.Click up to the last email you want to delete. Select the DELETE button. Repeat this method on the next list.

The only way I know how to do that is to erase history. Including cookies and passwords.
This works great but it's hard to find "History" on some tablets.
I do it on my PC in Chrome and on my iPad mini.

In order to delete any emails from any folder its all done the same way. So you want to delete trash emails. You select the folder you want to delete in this case the trash folder. After being selected you will all you trash emails. Right above the very first email theres a box you can select with an arrow pointing down. Its right next to the refresh button, (its a circle with an arrow), next to the more. Once selected. The option to delete forever appears, you simply select that option and your emails will delete. Hope this helps

Assuming both tablets are set up to access the same email account, go into the setting for that email account on both tablets and make sure they are both set to leave messages on the server. What can happen when accessing the same email account from multiple devices is that the first tablet that checks for new mail (usually done periodically) picks up the message and removes it from the server, then when the next tablet comes along, the message is no longer there so that device does not display it.

The following works on devices with iOS7
1. go to the homescreen by pressing the home button
2. launch the "Settings" app
3. search on the left side for "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and tap on
4. on the right side you will see "Accounts"
5. tap on the account name you would like to remove
6. the account details will appear (ie. your email address)
7. on the bottom you will have a "Delete Account" button.
8. By taping the button you can delete the account.

Be ware an account can be associated with multiple apps not only email. By deleting the account you will not receive associated calendars, notes, or contacts.

If you would like to remove only the emails associated with one account you should switch off the email option for that account on the same screen that appears at step 6.

Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Under the Mail window - go to Show> and select the number of recent emails that you want the iPad to load in your email accounts.

While you are in the mail settings - tap on the email account, tap on the account in the next window, tap on Advanced in the next window and tap Delete - and select the amount of time that you want the emails to stay on the iPad.

In some mail accounts there will also be an option for Delete from Server - tap that and set it to never if you want to control when to delete your old emails.

Go back to your email inbox in the mail app and swipe down to the bottom of the window - there may be an option to "load more messages from the server" in blue letters. Tap that and you will download as many odl emails as you set up for in the Show recent messages setting. At the top of the inbox is a search field - type in keywords in that search field to find old emails.

You can also search for emails in the spotlight search. Go to the home screen and tap the home button and the search feature pops up. Type keywords in the search field at the top to find old emails there as well. When you tap on that email in the search, the mail app will open and you can read the email.

I would delete the email account and create it again. Your emails won't be lost don't worry.
