There are really a lot of important details in this situation. You need a detailed analysis of the device and only after that, you can make a conclusion. Contact the service, or you can try to perform diagnostics yourself. I had a similar situation a couple of years ago. I needed to weld a crack in the suspension of my car, but the machine also didn't function. I decided that it wasn't worth it to ask for help and pay for it. So I decided to use the pro welder guide where I found all the necessary information. I was able to fix the machine and fix this crack. In addition, my work was of high quality. I think you also need to read the manual and save a lot of money not to contact the service

How old are the consumables in the gun? I have a Thermal Dynamics that will shut off if I accidentally damage the electrode or the cutting tip, etc.
It's widely accepted that the torch has to "consume" certain parts that will wear out.
I recommend spending 30 bucks or so to make sure ALL your consumable parts are replaced. Also make sure the inline air filter doesn't need a new element. Water can make it swell up and you'll need one ASAP.
