I have the intermitent water fill in dry cycle issue. Sometines a long "TUB CLEAN" cycle improves the dry cycle. However, after power unplug, 1 minute "hold power" button and several tries, the water fill for dry cycle still seems to over fill for condensation drying, leaving clothes soaked. Occasionally I add 3 pieces to dry. might dry fast. then 3 more are soaked. something else causing this. years ago, same excessive water in dry cycle. new valve ordered, not installed. Dryer suddenly dried perfect. Baffled. maybe 3-way valve finally dying.
Hi there. In some cases if your dryer vent tube is bunched up behind the dryer and not extended properly or if vent tube is running up the wall to be vented to the outside it will cause water to build up in dryer vent tube. Make sure your flexible dryer tubing is not full of water or clogged with lint and make sure if you have an extended piece that goes to outside ventilation that that is not clogged with lint as well. Hope this helps you with your drying issues.

Replace the 5 way valve. get the old flow restrictor out of the drying cold water line before reconnecting. It came out of the valve to cause the problem.

You should have a cycling thermostat. this is most likely bad or your dryer vent may be clogged. Something is cutting the heat off before it gets hot enough. Both these cause this problem.
