What device are you on? If it is an Apple device, close the app where your keyboard is stuck by double tapping the home button and flick/slide the screen up (while you are in there, slide all your screens up, this will make your phone run faster). Here is a screen shot of what it looks like when you double tap the home button. You should be able to slide all your screens up except your home screen.
thy a second power socket in your hope, try reset the phone disconnect switch off and back on or remove battery and replace before connecting it back onto the charger. then let it charge up for a couple of hours before switching it on again.
It looks like some of the wires got stuck there when you pressed the Home button some time ago thus causing it to think that you're pressing it, when actually something just got stuck. You might wanna bring that to the store where you bought it from to have it fixed.
Turn phone off, then power on holding home and power buttons at same time. After 10 seconds release power but continue to hold home for another 10-20 seconds and the screen may go black but you will be in DFU recovery mode. Use iTunes to recover phone.
If that doesn't work take it to an Apple Store or AT&T store
