GB drawing is worse than useless as it does not match pictures is see of the actual faucet.
Likely there's a set screw behind the plug (index? part 1). Remove the set screw then raise the faucet handle and likely it will come off exposing the cartridge underneath. Not sure what holds the cartridge in place. If you can upload a close up picture of the faucet, I might be able to help you through the replacement.

if it is a 2 handle faucet, (thinking that because of the cartridge number) then you take the handle off. There will either be a nut that you can use a crescent wrench on or it could be the type that has a recessed nut....if that is the case there is an inexpensive tool you will need to reach down inside to undo the nut that is holding the cartridge in. Once the nut is off...you grab the top of the cartridge with a pair of channel locks and pull it out....reverse the steps for install.
