Try disconnecting the computer from the printer and shutting it down by removing the power cord and then also shut down the computer for a minute or so and then reboot it and check in "Printers" and see if it has anything waiting to be printed and if so clear out the queue. Flashing green light indicates that the printer is receiving data from the computer and/or printing so you shut it all down and cold reboot to clear out the computer confusion in both the computer and the printer.

If both lights are blinking at 1 second intervals, try replacing the lamp. If a new lamp doesn't solve the problem, the TV needs service.
