I wouldn't advise you to use it unless it stops when you actually hit the off button. if it stops when you hit the off button it would be OK to use but only an adult and somebody who knows that the microwave is faulty. it sounds like one of the door switches is bad. there can be anywhere from 2 to 4 switches on the door. Normally open and normally closed switches are used on the door so you must always make sure you get the correct switch you can check them with a meter but you must open the microwave up which I think I would leave to somebody who knows about Microwaves.

If it moves just a tiny bit when the door opens and then stops, that's normal.
If it keeps running when the door is open, that's usually due to a bad door switch or broken / loose door switch mount.

While I don't have that model's diagram,
normally
you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo)
and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.
Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.
Normally the problem is not the spring, but a broken
spring mounting tab on the door latch head (hook) assembly or the inner
door panel.
If it's the door panel, it's usually easier and cheaper to use epoxy and some kind of hardware to fashion a new spring mount.
The door latch head (hook) is easy to replace or repair if that's the issue.

It sounds like the push to open lever is cracked or broken. You have to remove the 'wrapper' to open the door manually from the inside to check the 'door keys' or door hooks to make sure that they are in tact. Then, check the door opening lever between the 'push to open button' and the lower door key.

The problem I had experienced with the Door not opening easily will be resolved by removing the micowave oven top cover with a tamper proof torx head, replacing the door switch and reinstalling the top cover.
