first ensure the DVR is attached to your router, then you will need to contact Honeywell tech support. They will ask for the MAC and serial number. They will give a temporary password. It is important to change the password once unlocked, because the temporary password will not continue to work.
Contact Honeywell tech support and ask them to email you the .bat files that will reset the log in info. Put it on a blank thumb drive, power down the unit, plug in the drive and power up the device. It should reset it back to the default user name password. If you don't know what they are make sure you get them from Honeywell.
