Question about ESCHMANN Little Sister Autoclave Tabletop

Eschmann SES 2000 Autoclave Steriliser doesn't drain

The autoclave goes through the entire cycle ending with "drying" but the water doesn't drain (it pours out when opening the autoclave). Does anyone perhaps know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Check the drain pipe that vents steam through resevoir at end of cycle , could be simple debris blockage, or vent valve not opening, play safe autoclaves are like accidents waiting for a place to happen -steam under pressure..

SOURCE: My autoclave ses 2000 turns

I would say that there is a problem with the thermostat. There is a small relay that pulls in to heat. And the relay opens when the thermostat reaches desired temp. I say it is the thermostat because it is pulling in the relay and heating. And if it is going to 107 degrees every time then the thermostat is pulling in the relay. So that tells you that the relay is working properly. So it would have to be the thermostat.

My sterilizing autoclave, SES 2000 Little Sister has flashed with error ELECT on the screen, it apparently has something to do with a power cut we may of had today, but how do you fix it?

Check the fuses located on both sides of the mains connection in the back of the autoclave. One of them has blown. If both check ok, then check the connection tho the mains. You may have a faulty ground. If you are not comfortable doing this, contact Eschmann at tel:+44 (0)1903 753322

Why is my autoclave not heating its water?

If you are not using purified or distilled water, most likely the heating element or sensor has become encrusted with lime or calcium and gives a false reading which will not allow the heating element to engage. (safety stuff you know) All you could try is a fill with a limeaway solution of 20%, cycle, drain and refill with distilled water, or disassemble and clean the components.

Error 3

Error 3 is a Door lock error and has nothing to do with the water sensor. Tighten the door down snuggly, but don't over-tighten. If it still doesn't work it may need a door rebuild or switch replacement. Call for service if it doesn't restart.

Err 01 little sister ses

This is a power failure alarm, meaning the prior cycle failed due to a power failure/ outage.

Verify your power supply is correct for this unit's needs.

Check the fuses.

Beyond that, it may be a wiring/power supply issue. Call for service.
