I want to reboot my netsurfer model175WT1050231 the reboot options doesnt work now the phne goes on and off but it isnt reaching the home screen

pres sand hold home and vlume up button and power key.when phne turns on release power key and keep holdg home and volume up button.will give and droid.pres home buuton and use volume keys to scroll to factort wipe.select na then select reboot.

Follow the steps below,

Step 1: Shut down your PC completely.
Step 2: Turn on the Power button.
Step 3: As soon as you turn it on start hitting the F8 key on your keyboard until you get to a black screen called "Windows Advanced option". (If you don't get to that that screen but you end up reaching the blue screen than that means you have delayed in hitting the F8 key. start again from step 1.)
Step 4: As soon as you reach "Windows Advanced option" use your down arrow keys to choose an option called "Safe Mode".
Step 5: Select that and HIT ENTER.
Step 6: If you able to login then try accessing System Restore.
Step 7: Click on Start and then click on All Programs.
Step 8: Choose Accessories and then System Tools and System Restore.
Step 9: Run the wizard by choosing "Restore My computer to an Earlier stage"
Step 10: Choose a date displayed in Bold in the calender.
Step 11: Your computer would reboot and wait until the restoration completes.

Boot in safe mode and fully scan system for virus.

If your virus free remove the mouse driver in system -> devices and reboot to reinstall.

start the pc when setup appears on the screen hit the F8 key on top of keyboard then use the 4 arrows on the side of the keyboard to select up and down ...on the screen you will see safe mode and safe mode with networking and you will see the option to boot from last known good configuration<- select this if that doesnt work you probably installed something lately that is causing the problem so repeat the steps i just said then select the option safe mode the let the files load on screen your desktop will look different when its loaded clik start then select all programmes then select accessories then select system tools then on menu that comes up beside that select system restore...a box will come up asking you do you want to restore pc to an earlier date select a date when you last know the computer was working right then clik next then your pc will be restored to the date it was working correctly this should work and you can do this anytime the pc isnt working properly hope this helps

the HDMI cable sends dato TO the TV, it does not have enuf bandwidth to send both to and from, just TO. 

buy a better graphics card the one you have is just finding it to difficult to run sims3

it looks like you have router setup issue where you are timing out

go to setup option and change this to connect with 9999

not sure of your router but most of the router has this setting

also try upgrade or update new firm ver and reboot router

let me iknow if this does not with router make and model

Try to restart the Ipod.

Hold the select button and the menu at the same time until you see the screen go off.

If still does not work then try to enter disk mode and see if it works.

Disk Mode:
Reboot the ipod via Select and menu, right away hold the select and play button and hold until disk mode comes on. Does the wheel work?

If still does not work then reboot the ipod again and let it reboot normal to go back in apple firmware. If all buttons are working and none of the above works, I would assume it is not software related.
