I would suggest unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in and setting the clock to see if that fixes it. Sometimes the unit will go in demonstration mode or otherwise get glitchy.

You can just enter your full

That Sears-related site has many free manuals. While the manuals they
list there are all free, they will ask you to register.
Many times, the owner's manual will have the installation instructions
inside.
If yours is not listed there for free, you would have to order it

have a shorted membrane keypad.
So until it is repaired,
please leave it unplugged or leave the door
open when it's not in use, and of course one should never leave a microwave unattended while cooking.

try unplugging it for about 15 minutes. if that doesnt work, you might as well get a new one. i fix everything myself for just the cost of parts and i have found that what parts cost for a microwaves, its cheaper just to buy a new one.
