We have the part you need! it is a round white plastic disc with the carrot shredder- Also have the drive pin for it.

Any of the disc blades require the use of the detachable stem. The official "Fine Grating Disc" (which doesn't normally come supplied with the food processor) is mainly for grating cheese, but the shredder disc that comes supplied with the food processor will do the job for you.

If you're in Australia there are some Sunbeam models that have a continuous flow attachment where the chopped items don't have to end up in a bowl you have to continually empty.

Now I'm guessing you're not in Australia but at least these things do exist! By the way I don't work for Sunbeam but have ordered this type of thing in for customers.
