Open c:\windows\system32
find a file called MSTMON_Q.EXE

right click and rename the file to anything with a file extension .exe, I named it MSTMON.EXE

Create a shortcut to this new file in case you need it in the future and put the shortcut on your desktop

also, write the original name of the file down or put it on notepad, in case you want to change it back.

restart windows

have you tear the paper when removing? there is a small paper left still inside the paper path. open the back side and the top part and check for small paper. I hope that will solve your problem and if think the problem still there the problem is one of the paper sensor actuator is broken or out of place.

A 'print spooler' is a range of memory either internal to the printer (sometimes called 'buffer memory') or set aside from the RAM in your system. A fatal error normally means the material you tried to print has been lost and must be sent to the printer again. If the error continues to show up, you may have bad printer memory or perhaps the driver software in your system has gotten stepped on by the operating system and needs to be reinstalled. Windows loves trashing files to keep life exciting.
This problem is not related to the drum or toner cartridge.

Pagepro 1590 lowtoner error

The obvious question is: Are you out of toner? How long ago did you replace the cartridge and how many PRINTS (aprox.) did you get from your new cartridge?

ALSO, is your 'original' toner from Konica/Minolta or some other 'off-brand' mfg?

See the LINK below and try a TOTAL RESET first.

SOMETIMES during shipping toner can be dumped or compressed to one end of your cartridge and the sensor may think you are out of toner... when actually have plenty... it's just not available evenly!

So do this... CAREFULLY. Remove the toner cartridge and take it OUTDOORS! Put down a sheet of newspaper and GENTLY tap a long flat edge of the cartridge keeping it as horizontal as possible! The object is to get the toner EVEN across the entire cartridge bottom ~ or silver roller inside...

THIS CAN BE MESSY if you are too rough! IF you get ANY toner on your hands or clothes use COLD WATER and dish soap to wash it away... of course do NOT wear anything white ~ other than your boxers.

Now slightly wet a paper towel and wipe the toner case before you reinstall it. REMEMBER that any loose toner on the cartridge or within your printer WILL get blown around by your fan and then onto your optics (lenses) causing spots on all of your prints!

I DO NOT recommend that you dust toner cavity (were the toner mounts) BECAUSE you will have almost DIRECT ACCESS to your very sensitive PRINT DRUM... ONE SCRATCH on it will be transposed to ALL of your future prints until you replace the drum... NO fun.
