You need to open it and cheek the belt and the bearing ,cheek for wear and tear if past inspection try lubricant ,all the best.

Check wall outlet for power , then if outlet is good unplug unit remove motor shroud you will see a charcoal or white ceramic fuse check it if open replace blows again immediately you have a shorted lower board. is a speed sensor problem or the card connectors are wired specifically where the motor wires, sometimes that part is too hot and breaks the solder

It is either the control board or the overlay. I would think it is probably the start button on the overlay that is stuck. The solution is to replace the overlay.

this may require proper troubleshooting but it is either the belts on the motor needs changing or the track belt ihas come to the end of it's usage life... but check thorougly.
