Things you can watch on Telstra TV 2 include:

• 9Now app
• Plus 7 app
• Tenplay app
• ABC iView
• SBS On Demand
• Netflix
• Stan
• Foxtel Now
• BigPond Movies
• YouTube
• Hayu (a streaming service dedicated to reality TV)
• Red Bull TV

Be aware that you will need to organise (and pay for) a subscription to Netflix, Stan and Foxtel Now separately. You might also need to consider a new broadband plan if you plan on streaming a lot of TV from the internet.
Of course, with so many services together, the most difficult thing might be finding something to watch. To solve this the Telstra TV 2 has a universal search function. You punch in a keyword, like 'Batman', and it will search across the Live TV program guide, the BigPond Movie store, and the libraries of the various streaming services, and shows you all of the matching titles and where you can get them. It's a great system and it works well.
In general, the user experience is pretty good. The layout of each page is neat and tidy, and the navigation is straight forward. This is helped a lot by the smooth operation thanks to the upgraded computer inside.

When you set an event to record you will be prompted as to whether or not you'd like it to record on tuner one or two. Simply select tuner two.

I would be happy to provide information on that. The TV2 light will only turn on when the TV is in use. If you pickup the TV2 remote, and press the select button, the light will turn on. If you're experiencing a problem viewing the TV2, just let me know!

Hi, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. Icame across your post recently and wanted to see if I could help. It soundslike your TV2 remote is going to need to be readdressed. It could be possiblethat your TV1 and TV2 remotes are on the same frequency and remote address oryour TV2 remote may be on the same frequency as another remote in a nearby homeor apartment. I would like to list here for you the instructions on changingyour remote address so that it no longer experiences interference. This shouldbe an easy fix for the issue you are experiencing. Instructions for readdressing TV2 remote

1. Take TV2 remote to TV1 location (in front of the receiver)
   
2. Go to System Info screen. You can do this by either pressing the system info button on the front of the receiver box or by pressing the power button once then the channel up button once on the front of the receiver. (You may need to open the little door on the front right side of the receiver box)
3. Once you are in the system info screen you will see primary remote address(TV1) and secondary remote address(TV2). For your particular situation you will locate TV2
   
4. Hold down the SAT button until all mode lights light up.
5. Enter a number between 1 and 15 using the numeric keypad on the remote.Change the number to something different then what is already listed in the white square.
   
6. Press the pound (#) button
7. Once the SAT button blinks three times, press record. Note: If successful the number selected in step 5 will appear in the System Info screen under Remote Address.

I'm with telstra and used these settings. If you get stuck go to

Step 1 – WAP DATA Account Setup

1. Go to the following menu “MENU > SERVICES > DATA ACCOUNT > GPRS >
Select an empty Account”
2. Edit the following parameters in the account
a. Account Name=Telstra WAP GPRS
b. APN=Telstra.internet
c. User name=[blank]
d. Password=[blank]
e. Auth. Type=Normal
Exit back to MAIN SCREEN.

Step 2 – WAP Setup

1. Go to the following menu “MENU > SERVICES > WAP > SETTINGS > EDIT
PROFILE > SIM 1 or 2 > Select an empty PROFILE > EDIT PROFILE”
2. EDIT the following parameters in the account
a. Rename Profile=Telstra WAP
b. Homepage=http://wap.telstra.com/wap
c. Data Account=Telstra WAP GPRS
d. Connection Type=HTTP
Proxy Address = 010.001.001.181
Proxy Port = 80
e. User Name=[blank]
f. Password=[blank]
3. BACK then ACTIVATE PROFILE and exit back to the MAIN SCREEN.
4. Your Phone is ready to access WAP and MMS services.

Step 3 – MMS DATA Account Setup

1. Go to the following menu “MENU > SERVICES > DATA ACCOUNT > GPRS > Select
an empty Account”

c. Data Account=Telstra MMS GPRS
d. Connection Type=HTTP

Proxy Port = 80
e. User Name=[blank]
f. Password=[blank]
3. BACK then ACTIVATE PROFILE and exit back to the MAIN SCREEN.
4. Your Phone is ready to access WAP and MMS services.

Your shared view is enabled. , press the menu button, then option 6 then option 2, disable shared view then select done. ( this can only be done in single mode) then go back to dual mode.
