if still, you do not have access, please need to contact the Netflix customer services.

I fixed the problem with the steps below:
Restarted the router and improved the Wi-Fi connection signal by putting on the central of the house and on the floor.
Then I restarted the device I wanted to use Netflix on, done and good.
