My Fitbit Charge2 will no longer synch with my iPhone. The Fitbit app on the iPhone shows that it is connected,

try completely shutting down the phone and the Fitbit and re-starting both after a couple minutes.
Also - make sure no other device with Bluetooth is on in the area.
Make sure the App is up to date too.
If no joy - contact Fitbit Customer support - they're pretty good with this kind of thing.

Launch Fitbit from your Home screen.
Tap Join Fitbit.
