Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
1.Select the UI Diagnostic Mode. Hold the 0 key on the printer's control panel for at least five seconds. With the 0 key pressed, click the Start button.
2. Tap the buttons 6, 7, 8, and 9 using the keypad & press Confirm. Press the login or log out button with Key symbol on the printer's control panel pressed.
3.Click System Settings and select Common Settings. Finally, tap Maintenance/Diagnostics to resolve the error.

An error has been detected by the Controller during communications with the Printer. User intervention is required to Power Off/Power On the machine, Field Service is required if the problem persists. Printing is disabled.

hen look at these 3 locations and see if they match, If they do not set them to match the machine speed.
