Stuttering can be caused by a slow or unstable connection.

SOURCE: my rio ce2100 keeps stuttering or skipping

I would recommend wiping your player - (if this doesn't work then it is probably the tracks/audio you are playing and not the player):

Windows only.... Please post if you are not using windows...

Open My Computer with your Rio plugged in.
Right click on your Rio carbon and click on format.
Leave the default values - if it asks you something then use your initiative.
Then click on format.
Then when it has finished formatting go to your firmware (can be downloaded from: http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/product.asp?prodID=235).
Follow the instructions and then it should load the firmware onto your player.
When it has done then your player should (in theory!) work properly.

Hope this helps

SOURCE: hi, my machine starts for a few seconds then stops

if it is a HE kind of machine it is supposed to stop and start a bunch of times at the beginning of the cleaning cycle. Did you wait for a while to see if it ends up running the cleaning cycle?

the new machines are kind of freaky the way they work.

SOURCE: wenger watch second hand pauses and skips ahead 4

That is a low battery indicator. It will do that until the battery is replaced or is dead. When it does that it means its time to change the battery.

Hi Mary-
I found this youtube video on "How to use the MXQ Android TV BOX".

Just start over from scratch. Unplug the TV box and replug the box back in and follow the directions in the video.

Hope this helps.

The second hand on my Invicta 0295 (this is not a chronograph watch) appears to be trying to move(stutters/moves slightly)but it is stuck in the same position in the 12:02 range and does not advance.

It could be a couple of things, the second hand is not seated properly and is rubbing. May need a cleaning, or fresh battery. Unless you have taken a watch apart I would bring it to a watch repair or send it directly to Invicta USA they will give you an estimate. Should not be expensive

Stuttering videos on you tube

It's because the video isn't downloading fast enough. When a video starts playing just hit the pause button ( || ) and do something else for 2 or 3 minutes or so. When you come back, you will see that the red line has advanced most if not all the way to the right. Then hit the play button ( > ) and your video will play without stuttering or freezing.

Stuttering videos on you tube

There could be a number of different problems;
1: Connection issues; is your internet service slow?
2: Processor; what's your processor's clock speed vs the video quality?
3: More RAM could never hurt to fix the problem. My advice to you is to pause the video and let it load entirely / buffer and all that.
