SOURCE: jenn air refrigerator temp gauge problem
Hi again,
In your particular model I believe it is termed as "MaxCool".
It is also possible that the sensor for the refrigerator is covered by
a food item and therefore was getting erroneous readings hence cutting
off early (making the temp go higher than normal). Based on this, you
can try switching the food items around relocating them as to how they
were placed inside. Incidentally, frequent opening and closing of the
refrigerator of course would be exposing the inside to warmer air
making the unit work harder.
The reset requires that the unit be
unplug for an hour or more hence my suggestion during the Live Session
to make use of a second refrigerator while checking out the Jenn Air.

your inside fan has stopped working. Could be stuck or frozen or simply bad.

need to check for ice build up in air vent. if not make sure you hear your evap fan blowing in the freezer section. this blows your cold air into the fresh food side. do you have ice build up on rear wall of freezer section?

The temp for the fridge is about right and -18 for the freezer is ok so check to see if the water filter is plugged, at 8 degrees Celsius is about 18 degrees fht. Which is freezing so the numbers don't add up. 26 degrees below zero on the freezer side is what you want if it that cold it could have frozen the water line.

Set both settings at 5 and see if it starts working right
